Team Manager
	Gizelle Ruiz-Ahee is Algico team manager. She is a very behind the scene person, getting things done and making sure her team get the they need to enjoy themselves. She has help in registration for the events of the Urban Challenge. I took the opportunity to ask her a few questions on her team's participation in this year's event in order to make every one happy.
Q. How do you feel about being part of CariFin 2006?
A. It has been a wonderful exhilarating experience, would definitely participate again next year
Q. What kind of feedback do you get from your team about CariFin ?
A. They have all enjoyed themselves, and want to start training from early for next year to better their performance. For some people they surpassed their self expectation and are very motivated to participate again and increase their level of performance.
Q. What kind of numbers can we expect from you at CariFin?
A. We had on average 20people this year and next year that would increase to about average 30 - 35 people.....
