These participants have
shown dedication, commitment and a desire to
improve their level of fitness & performance,
from one year to the next.
These two CariFin
participants portray, lifestyles and attitudes
that are synonymous with the core values of
CariFin cross country & family day.
What we would like to see
is more people setting goals and being motivated
and committed to these goals and taking personal
responsibility for their health and fitness.
Together with programs and policies that their
institutions may have implemented along with
this positive outlook we envision improve health
and fitness consciousness pervading the
financial services sector.
This
analysis is done based
on performances in the one Lap Savannah run of
the CariFin Urban Challenge, this was held on
Wednesday March 29, 2006. The distance around
the Queen’s Park Savannah is 2.28 miles.
